Depot Dash is a puzzle game published by Funlit Games ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the Depot Dash app for Android collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
The short version. Depot Dash has no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise location, microphone or camera. Your game progress stays on your device. We do collect anonymous gameplay statistics to improve the game, and the app shows ads supplied by Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising identifier. We do not sell your personal information.
Depot Dash is developed and published by Funlit Games, the developer named on the app's Google Play store listing. Funlit Games is the data controller for the information described in this policy.

This policy covers the Depot Dash application for Android distributed through Google
Play (package name com.funlitgames.depotdash). It does not cover third-party services you
may reach from the app, or other Funlit Games products, which have their own policies.
Depot Dash does not require an account and does not ask you to provide any personal information. The app handles three kinds of data:

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, contacts, calendar, call or SMS logs, photos or other files, precise or GPS location, health or fitness data, financial or payment card details, microphone audio, or camera images. Depot Dash also does not record your screen, and does not track your activity in other apps or on other websites beyond what is described in section 5 for advertising.
Your progress and settings are written to the app's private storage on your device using the standard web storage available to the app. This data is not readable by other apps. If your device has Android Backup enabled, Android may include the app's data in the backup that Google stores in your own Google Drive account; that backup is controlled by you and your Google account settings, not by us.
We use PostHog to collect anonymous product analytics so we can see where players get stuck and improve the levels. PostHog acts as our data processor and processes this data on our behalf on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
The analytics events are the gameplay events listed in the table above. Each event is tagged with a randomly generated identifier that is created by the app on your device. That identifier is not your Android ID, not your advertising ID, and not derived from any hardware identifier. It exists only to distinguish one anonymous play session or install from another, and it is destroyed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Your IP address is transmitted as part of the network connection and may be used to derive an approximate country or region; we do not use it to identify you.
We have deliberately disabled PostHog's session recording, screen-content capture, autocapture of taps, heatmaps and page-view tracking. We do not upload any text you enter, any screenshots, or any screen recordings.

Depot Dash is free and is funded by advertising. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob, a Google service. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process:
This data is used to deliver ads, to measure their performance, to cap how often the same ad is shown, and to detect invalid or fraudulent traffic. Where you have given consent, it may also be used to show you personalised ads based on your interests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own independent marketing purposes. Data is shared only with the following service providers, for the purposes described above:

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so — for example in response to a valid court order or a lawful request from a public authority — or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If Funlit Games or the Depot Dash app is ever sold or transferred, this data may transfer with it, and this policy will continue to apply until you are told otherwise.
Analytics data is processed in the European Union. Google processes advertising data on servers in various countries, including the United States. Where data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, that transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable to the recipient.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you have given. Residents of the EEA, the UK and Switzerland have these rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR; residents of California have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising within the meaning of the CPRA, except to the extent that showing personalised ads through AdMob is treated as "sharing" under that law. You can opt out of this at any time by refusing consent on the app's ad consent screen, or by disabling ad personalisation in your Android settings, as described in section 5. We do not knowingly process sensitive personal information as that term is defined by the CPRA.
To exercise any right, email support@funlitgames.com. We will not charge you for a reasonable request. If you are in the EEA or the UK and are unhappy with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Depot Dash is not directed to children. It is rated and distributed for a general audience aged 13 and over, and it is not listed in the Google Play Families programme. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the equivalent age of digital consent in your country).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact support@funlitgames.com and we will delete the information promptly.
Depot Dash requests only the permissions it needs to run:
INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — to load ads and send analytics
events, and to check whether a network connection is available.com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID — to access your device's advertising
identifier for the advertising purposes described in section 5.The app does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, phone, SMS or any other sensitive permission.
All data sent from the app travels over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Data stored on your device sits in the app's private sandbox, which Android isolates from other apps. Because Depot Dash has no accounts and we hold no directly identifying information, there are no credentials or personal profiles to breach on our side. Our analytics provider maintains its own security programme, described in its documentation. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities where the law requires us to do so.
We may update this policy when the app changes or the law changes. The current version is always published at funlitgames.com/privacy/depot-dash/ and the "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will give notice in the app or on the store listing before it takes effect.
