Contact
Say hello.
Funlit Games is one person, so messages from this form reach me directly. Include any deadline when a request is time-sensitive.
You are writing to the person who designed and built the games. Replies may take a little time during active development.
What to write about
- Bug reports. Easily the most useful thing you can send. See below for what to include.
- Feedback and ideas. Especially about difficulty and game feel, "level 8 felt unfair and here is why" is worth more to me than a feature request, because it tells me something I cannot get from analytics.
- Accessibility. If a control scheme, colour choice, or text size is making a game unplayable for you, tell me. These are usually fixable and I would rather know.
- Business and licensing. Portal listings, localisation, publishing, sponsorship. The answer is often yes.
Sending a good bug report
Pick Bug report in the form and include as much of this as you can, each line meaningfully improves the odds I can reproduce it:
- Which game, and which level or roughly how far into a run.
- Browser and device, "Chrome on a Pixel 7", "Safari on an M1 MacBook". Browser version if you know it.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. Two sentences is plenty.
- Whether it happens every time or only occasionally. Intermittent bugs are worth reporting too, just say so.
- A screenshot if there is anything visual about it.
If a game will not load at all, the most common cause by far is hardware acceleration being disabled in the browser, worth checking before you write, and worth mentioning if you already have.
Press & partnerships
For press kits, review copies of upcoming games, or partnership ideas, write to press@funlitgames.com. Studio facts, per-game fact sheets and logo assets are already on the press kit page, start there and email if something you need is missing.
